I’ve been here twice. The first time two days ago, they had no pasta, no fish n chips, no salmon, no bread. The drinks were just ok. The second time I came two days later amazingly there was fish n chips. It took a long time for Someone to acknowledge me standing there, then when I got my food it was cold. Wasn’t good at all. Oh and the impossible burger was tasteless. No season at all.
Great spot to buddy grab drinks and hang out. The outdoor seating is a must during the sitting and fall season. The food was good, the establishment was clean and good customer service.
First time at this location. Decided to come here based on a really good experience at the Orlando location near MCO. Sat at the bar. Took close to 15 minutes to be acknowledged, much less served. Bar was close to capacity with two people working when I arrived. Ordered a beer, then a few minutes later appetizer and a burger. Appetizer served with no napkins/silverware. Took a few minutes to flag one of the bar tenders down to ask. I’m not a picky guy but silverware was flat out disgusting (see pic). Salad and burger came out. Burger was great but side Caesar salad was served without any dressing. Seems like an inexperienced/untrained staff all around. Did not once see anyone at any point that remotely resembled management checking in on customer or driving staff performance. There are so many choices for dining in this area that I struggle to see myself returning and chancing a similar experience when I have consistently experienced much better service elsewhere.
