Bar Louie - McCain Mall

This place deserves more business. I'm sure it does well but I wish the locals would support it like I hear they do other Bar Louie locations in Missouri. I happen to be here on a Thursday so the DJ is here like he is Friday and Saturday as well. This is a place for party people and happy families, I swear. I'm 46 so I remember going to El Chico at the Hot Springs mall and seeing everybody there. We need to demonstrate that for the next generation of lovely folk. I just had a Lagunitas IPA and a couple Coors Lights on draft tonight. My waitress was quick and friendly with a smile and service. I chatted with a couple folk to my left and right at the bar. If you wanna hang in NLR, this a place you should support and enjoy. Great vibe. ???? Update: I'm here at 7:30 on a Friday and it's much more lively. The margarita is great. Shrimp Street Tacos are nice with the cool tomatillo salsa on the warm grilled shrimp with lime drizzled over them.

Will not be returning! Food is not the same, customer service is horrible! I hate the changes, I used to love eatting here. She didn’t want to give me my correct change back when she got gratuity that she didn’t deserve because she only came to the table to take our order. I had to go get her any other time and she would take forever coming back. As expensive as the food is it should taste way better than what it is don’t waste your time or money.

The Almost burger, is a veggie burger delight for people like me that is torn between eating me or not. The texture and look will fool you. If it was listed as a burger and didn't mention veggie I might not have noticed a difference. Good job.
