Update to the original post: I received a phone call shortly after from a staff member (I believe manager) and she apologized for the experience. In addition, she refunded the order and advised she would speak with the staff member I spoke with over the phone about the situation. This turned out to be a positive situation where the issue was ultimately remedied. Unfortunately my experience with this location was not very good. I ordered two beef pho Togo and was told it would be 20 minutes to prepare. It took a little longer because they needed to heat/make more broth, which I have no problem with. After, took the food home and ate mine, which was very good. Mine happened to be the newly heated batch of broth. My wife took one sip of her soup broth and had to spit it out. She described the broth, which looked very concentrated, to be not edible because it was so salty. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the staff who stated there was nothing they could do and just suggested we a

delicious, fresh, and healthy food! lots of vegetarian/vegan options which i appreciated. also the staff is super friendly :) i will definitely be back!

We stopped in on a whim and quickly decided we have a new favorite spot for local eats! Delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisine at a reasonable price! Filling portions! Excellent service and a friendly atmosphere! Reese was our server and they made us feel right at home!
