Balvina's Mexican Kitchen

A great little Mexican restaurant hidden in the back I'm really glad we found it. food was great service was great and the inside was nice and refreshing

I had an opportunity to visit Balvina’s this weekend and was very impressed with the offerings. I had the garlic shrimp with Mexican rice and it had a great presentation along with tasting outstanding. If you are looking to enjoy several Mexican authentic dishes you should come by Balvina’s after visiting Laguna Hills. It is very easy to get to off of the 5 Freeway. Look for the owners who will make you feel at home.

I’m still new to California but I wanted to find a place that had more traditional Mexican food. One of my best friends, Arturo took me to a couple of places back in Philly that were amazing. Needless to say, I had a busy day and my friend asked if I wanted to grab a bite to eat for Taco Tuesday. We picked this establishment as it was very close, but more importantly, had good reviews. We ordered margaritas and then some tacos. I ordered the steak and pork tacos. Totally amazing. Reminds me of a place back in Phila that had traditional Mexican food. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I’m so happy and fortunate this amazing establishment is so close to me. I can’t wait to go back next week.
