Baja Fresh

We have always enjoyed the salsa bar and food at Baja Fresh. This location is particularly nice, the folks there tease you and joke so the dining experience is fun. The reason to knock things down a star is on Baja Fresh corporate - the salt in the food is very high, the fajita veggies have too high a percentage of large chunks of both yellow/red onion and when that's not thoroughly cooked it's quite pungent (and it's too much anyway) and they do not offer a reasonable vegan option (which they could with their current ingredients but it would be nice to have better veggies).

They had their salsa bar stocked and available to customers (many locations do not yet have their salsa bars open) , but did not mention that to me on the phone when I asked if I could get several pico de gallo portions to be used at home with the meal I was purchasing. I could have used the bar to select as many as I needed. Instead they charged me $4.50 extra for a little container of pico de gallo that held maybe 4 or 5 of the little cups available at the bar... they were also not very pleasant on the phone even though I had thanked them profusely for their help with my order.... not going back to this location. Other locations are quite upbeat and customer friendly. Love baja fresh food!!!

Amazing service! So kind and food is done quickly! Love the different salsa’s and the chips are good. Place is clean and food is good.
