costumer service is not good at all. Worker helping you out has AirPods as shes taking your order. They don’t even greet you when you walk in, and they use they’re phone as they’re helping you out. Workers have a “I don’t care” attitude and can’t even tell you your total and say have a good day. Never coming to this location again.
They have the tastiest fish tacos that are perfectly fried and have an amazing flavorful sauce/salsa!! Purposely came on Taco Tuesday where fish tacos are only $1.42 (including tax). This location, pre-pandemic, had the longest line out the door always during lunch time! But post-pandemic, they still have good business but thankfully the line was not crazy at all! The waiting area is always very crowded and cramped. I gave 4 stars because there is no attention to detail. I was not given lime and other toppings like my coworker. And they gave a used/empty salsa container to my coworker instead of a full salsa. It was gross and messy! My coworker thankfully noticed it before we left and they gave two salsas to make up for it. I usually walk here so I cannot comment on parking and seating is usually plentiful even though it is small.
I ordered the shrimp and asada plate with a cucumber chip drink the food is great the drink and customer service. However when I saw my food was served in a take out container when I order to eat in and how small an amount of food I was served. I was extremely disappointed ???? ???? ????. I will be coming back However, I will order a fish taco or tostada or something else worth the sale price for the item sold.
