It’s a nice place to hang out with friends. Their cocktails are good but overpriced. They have a nice patio dining area. The food options are limited but if you like the jerky sauce, it’s your place to be. Definitely worth a visit once. Definitely try the shrimp.
The food was delicious!! The drinks were great. Love the feel of summertime inside. All the staff was amazingly attentive. Even though it was a busy Saturday night, the drinks, appetizers, and dinner came to the table and record time. The food was hot. We had a great time. I would recommend going somewhere else if you have a large party over 6 to seat. They will seat you at different tables, and you will not be able to enjoy conversations with each other. We were there for a birthday and they sat us at different tables. We made reservations about 5 or days ahead of time. We still enjoyed conversation with the other 5 at our table. However, it was just awkward and unexpected. We had a great dinner but missed celebrating the birthday like we planned.
I’m not certain of the name of our waitress (not sure of the contemporary term) but she was excellent. We were there from 5:30-6:30 in the patio. I was there with my daughter and mother and they’re both quite a handful and she handled everything very well. I wish I asked her name so this could be more meaningful, but awesome job and the food is always good. It’s Caribbean food; plantains.
