Probably some of the worst service I’ve had from a restaurant. I don’t typically leave reviews. But I had a 7:30 reservation for my partners birthday. I however was late due to work but the rest of the party was there. I got there at 8…water still wasn’t on the table for another 10 minutes. Our server lacked any kind of hustle or urgency to make the experience great. Not even an apology for the delay to bring water or anything. I work the service industry. I get nights your busy and it’s hard, at least come to the table and apologize. Or utilize the bussers/food runners. The food was great tho.
Twice did I visit this place. My closest buddies and I went out to supper the first time. The second floor had excellent surroundings and a lovely outlook. Before moving on to the steak with wonderful sauce, we ordered a few Italian appetizers first. Although we requested medium cook, the only thing I regret is that the streak was slightly overcooked. However, it was incredibly satisfying all around. My second visit took place at 5 p.m. with my husband and our 5-year-old son for a late dinner. This time, we also sat down at the table on the second floor. My son didn't want any green on his Margarita pizza, so I asked for basil to be put aside when we ordered it. Nevertheless, there was a misunderstanding between my server and the kitchen. They all therefore arrived on the pizza. I was asked whether I wanted new by my server. But since we didn't want to wait any longer, we opted to keep it. It was delicious simple pasta that my husband requested.
It's big expensive, for two people we spent nearly $200, but it's SO SO GOOD and worth it! Try the Drunken Cow Cheese! Top notch! The sea scallops literally melt in your mouth! The Champaign Mango Tart was out of this world!
