Axelrod's Fry Shack

This was our first and last experience. Recently underwent surgery and have been unable to drive. This was an option through GrubHub, so we decided to try it. Delivery was very quick and efficient however the food was awful! I called and spoke to the manager on duty was who very nice and helped as much as he was able. He assured me that the manager would be in contact with me - which never happened. (If I had been given the courtesy of a call and he actually cared about the quality of the food that was being served when he was not present, I would not have written this review) We ordered a rare Burger which was three tiny hockey puck discs, not a "burger" and not even close to the specified temp. (Ordered rare because it would reach a bit of a higher temp during transit) It was described to have lettuce and their sauce on it. They have an awesome vibe. The sliders were over cooked. But my husband liked them. I liked the fries but wish I knew you had to request cheese on anything but the El Camino fries. I ordered an axel grease fry with extra chicken. After getting my food there was no extra chicken so I asked the server about it. She said their was. After I said their was not she had another piece made and gave it to me in a separate box.
