A&W Restaurant

We stopped by to get food after spending hours in the ER. There were a few cars in the drive through so i was expecting to wait a bit. When we got to the speaker we were not greeted. After a few minutes i spoke up to see if qould could have our order taken. To which the employee said "just a minute". He started to take our order but then told us to wait while he dealt with another car. We finally placed our order and pulled up to pay. The clerk was not friendly and looked exhausted. He asked us to pull around and park for a few minutes while they finished our food. I gladly did so as i work in fast food as well and know you have to clear the drive through as fast as possible. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before my mother went inside to ask what was going on. She came back out a few minutes later without food. Apparently they hadnt even started our meal. Stale , smashed buhs, tasteless meat, wrapped like they were packages of garbage. Fries were not bad.

Absolute worst customer service. They told us our wait time would be ten minutes to cook a chicken sandwich. We were completely ok with waiting. After 25 minutes, they finally brought our food out to us. Whatever... At least it'll be fresh right? Only to find we didn't have our complete order. So I go in to get the rest of it and the lady working was SO RUDE! When she handed it to me and I walked off she says, thank you. Like I need to thank her for finally giving me the food that I ordered and have a receipt for??!! Wow people come on!
