A&W Restaurant

I first went in and asked if I could use the bathroom and surprisingly they let me without me first being a customer. I then went to my car and went through the drive through and ordered a root beer freeze and a cheesecurd. Their customer service was excellent and when I got to the window the guy explained that they ran out of icecream but he did replace the mix and it would take 2 mins to make then asked if I'd like a float or would I like to wait the 2 mins I said I'd wait an instead of him making me go park on the side he let me wait right at the window which was nice. When he gave me everything he apologized for the wait and even one sized up my freeze. The young gentleman had A1 customer service and smiled the entire time.

This is the worse A&W / Kentucky fried chicken I've ever visited. There service is very very poor, they are rude, food is a mess in the bag. I went through the drive through and it took about 15 min to receive my food with only two cars in front of me. I asked the worker why is the wait so long isn't there some kind of policy for that he simply stated yup and shut the window. It took everything in my power to not go off on the kid due to he was still handling my food that I'm still waiting for. So I asked him to give me his managers name and I called corporate right than and there. I filed a report but I'm still waiting for the district manager to call me if he or she doesn't soon I will be calling back again because every time I go here it's a major problem. They need new staff and customer service training ASAP because clearly no one that works there gives a damn about there job. It's this way all the time whether your dining in or to go it's simply ridiculous.

The food was subpar. We ordered from the KFC side and they didnt have any chicken breasts nor were able to make the substitutions we wanted. When the food arrived it was disapointing. Also we felt unwelcome since they were putting everyone's orders as to go without even asking. All the customers sat in the diner to consume their meals. Yet all meals were packed to go.
