A&W Restaurant

This place has gone waaay down hill. I tried to be understanding the first few times because we all know places are understaffed and supply chain issues, etc. But I will not be returning to this restaurant anymore. Waited 20 min for a simple order and got almost everything wrong. Cold, soggy fries. Jipped us a patty on a double burger and literally got 5 fries on a kids meal and everything on a the burger when I asked for plain. No ice cream coupon for the kids meal. Hardly any mashed potatoes in a potato bowl and no cookie. Total waste of time and money.

Charged me for the wrong food and did not give me a receipt then I tell them the order is wrong and they tell me I have to drive around to the front and they will bring it out to me. When they bring it out they forget my drink and tell me to drive back through the drive through and they will get it for me. I drive around and there is a line of cars I have to wait behind in line. When I finally get to the window and tell the the guy working there I never got my drink seems way annoyed I’m back because of their mistake. When I open up my bacon cheese burger it’s a dry patty with a bunch of onions and undercooked bacon. I come here often because I work near by but after this experience I think I’ll just go somewhere else. The quality of service and food keeps going down and this was it for me. 5/16/21 @ 3pm

This location is not stellar. They gave us a wrong burger even after they confirmed that everything was correct. Their ice cream machine was down, they don't carry frysauce (this is Utah, right? Haha), and our order was missing napkins. Love A&W, but this location has a lot of room for improvements.
