There wasn’t a large line but It took forever, they forgot the condiments that I specifically had called out. The employees were on phone calls with friends and didn’t even talk until you yelled over their phone call Food tasted ok, so not a 1

Ordered food on 3/1/21. Waited 20 minutes in one of their designated lanes and had to call the store to get our food. When our food arrived we were missing part of our order. We immediatly tried to call the store twice and recieved voicemail both times. We did not go through drive through a second time because there was a line and we had already spent 20 minutes waiting. I love a&w/ljs but we should not have had to call to get an order that wasnt even fullfilled correctly.

I go to the one in Hazelwood almost every day for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh. And they the best root beer floats. The food quality is great! Very nice people work there.
