A&W Restaurant

Asked for an item twice, second time they asked me to pull aside as it needed to be made to order and after 15 minutes saw the woman who took my order walk out into the parking lot for a cigarette and to yell into her phone. As they hadn't charged me, gave up and drove off.

I pulled in after leaving mcdonalds on leetsdale at 9 pm the mcdonalds was closed both lobby and drive thru... But when i pulled into the a&w shaggy yo the rescue in the drive thru. He was respectful, courteous and just all out an amazing guy. Thanks for the tea and great service shaggy.

I had the worst drive-through experience here and A&W used to be my favorite place to get fast food. The workers are young and extremely disrespectful to the point where I considered driving away and not even waiting for my food. Such a shame.. they need to train their employees better and educate them on customer service and basic respect.
