This is our friends favorite pizza place so he invited us to try it. It was a bit of a hike as we live in Midtown but worth it. We started with some appetizers and then we ordered the pizza and wine combo three times. The combo comes with one pizza and a wine bottle for $40. Totally worth it. It was six of us and we drank all three bottles. The pizzas are sized that you can share with someone or have one by yourself. You may not finish it but leftovers are always good. I would highly recommend trying it out.
I give it lowest rating cause the food is ordinary and the waitress here plays favorites here! She only chose big tables to wait on and completely ignored the table of two. She made us wait very long for food, gave us boxes to carry the leftovers. Then went inside to wait tables and arrived after 25 MINUTES to give us our checks. Terrible service!
A great local spot! Bustling ambiance with knowledgeable staff. The Capriccioso was delicious. The buratta was fresh. The garlic cheese bread is worth trying. Any of the pizzas are excellent. The next time I go back I'm going for dessert. Folks really talked up the tiramisu. I recommend sitting at the bar if you're looking for promptness. Table service is consistent for the most part. When they are slammed, there might be a delay or a mix up. With that said sitting outside on the patio on a beautiful evening makes the time pass quickly. Parking: Small lot, but have always found a spot.
