I ordered 3 Pho soups on Uber eats and they only delivered 1.
New owner increased prices significantly and halved the amount of meat in the pho. I get that prices are going up in general (inflation), but significantly reducing the meat they give you is just being cheap. Lowering my previous 5 stars to 3.
