This place used to be the best!! They don’t pick up the phone on purpose!!!! I’ve seen it in person for myself. They make you go to the restaurant and order and wait there to pick it up. Cars are always parked on the curb waiting for their order. It’s annoying. If you keep calling and calling, they take the phone off the hook. This has happened to me, my family and friends on multiple occasions. Their food is really good though!

Bad Customer service!!!! Disgusting Placed a big order , Roach was found in food and everyone stopped eating ???? . They would not provide a full refund

Disgusting place I never ordering from again. I called to have teriyaki chicken delivered to my office... They told me that I needed to download the app in order to place an order. I went ahead and downloaded the app and somehow someway my order for teriyaki chicken turned into a pickup for teriyaki steak. And somehow they still got my delivery tip. I don't have a car so thankfully my coworker was out to lunch and was able to bring my food. Never ever ever coming back here. This place is number one in trash not food. I tried to eat the steak that was sent and the steak had a funny taste. I'm going to assume they probably just found this as a window to get rid of some old food. I work right down the street and I plan on never ordering from here again nor will I recommend my entire office to eat here
