Kind of disappointing for my first time. Teriyaki chicken actually didn't have any sauce on it and pork rolls hardly had pork. Service was fast but there was no good evening and have a good night. Food was shoved outside the window and that was it. Didn't feel like it was worth $16 I always go to Bella's and wanted to try this place and I will say although we all have good days and bad days I don't think I'll be back mostly because of the price for the food that was given.
I'm sorry, but sometimes an apology isn't enough. Left out part of my drive thru order. Called. Said I requested to leave out the item when I didn't. They Apologized, but said call back they're busy right now. Then they called me said they apologize. I can come back & get my carrots. Yeah, I'm gonna drive back to town for carrots. With prices higher than they were & no salad with ToGo orders. The service should be spot on especially with ToGo orders. If a mistake is made the drive thru customer should be compensated for getting incorrect order. I should have been offered more than just "I can drive back to town..." to get something I had already paid for.
