I was hesitant to go to Asados al Carbon due to the mixed reviews. I ordered the chicken al carbon but I have to tell you it tasted amazing any their service was very courteous and attentive.
The owner Jorge is great and so is the food and the service. Ribs were outstanding so was the skirt steak. Small hidden gem. Highly recommended
Husband enjoyed his beef soup, I ordered skirt steak with chimichurri sauce as is on menu and was disappointed my steak arrived with no sauce at all, unfortunately there seem to have been a accident in the kitchen and it all spilled but wish they would have informed me before serving me a steak that calls for that sauce on top and be so disappointed.
