Arroz Rojo

Very friendly staff and excellent food. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area. My favorite part about it is the buffet style of selections they have. I ordered tortilla shells and made my own tacos from the buffet.

Food's not bad although it appears most of it has been sitting there for hours ,(even the staff said the food was old and let us know if you want something fresh). The problem is the service mist of the time that we were there there was NO ONE on the floor. They certainly don't worry about being robbed, but customers were actually walking out because no one would help them. These folks also own the restaurant next door and share staff between the two restaurants. I can't quite decide if I'm going back or nit

So it says online they are open. I go in person, there are people inside but the door is locked with a CLOSED sign. A man walks towards the door with a mask, dosent open the door and just walks away. I was so confused. I knock on the window and get ignored. I call the number on their website and explained what's going on. She says online order only. I then asked If I can order in person to go. She again says online only bye bye then hung up. Wow where is the customer service? Lol Okay i get it, I have to order online. But how about a sign on the door that clearly states that. And to the man who came to the door, how about slightly opening the door and saying "I apologize we are only taking online orders" it's basic customer service lol. I will not be eating here.
