Sadly we usually love this place but customer service has gone down. Ordered our food to go and a kids meal, apparently if you order a kids meal to go then you don’t get a side, I called to check and the lady said, said yea they forgot, and before I could ask if I can come get it she tells me, we forgot, not much we can do now. Just poor customer service. To go orders should be the same as in restaurant orders

Ideally this would be 2.5 stars, but that's not an option, so I'm gonna be nice and round up instead of down. First the positives. The wings. While the "spicy" dry rub was not actually spicy, they were incredibly crispy and cooked perfectly inside. The flavor of the rub, while again not at all spicy, was delicious. The only other positive was the guy who greeted me up front. He was cordial and friendly and showed me to the takeout window. The ordering experience left much to be desired and I sat in hold for about 5 minutes, which I was prepared to excuse if it was slammed when I arrived. This was not the case. Second was that the fries were soggy and not well seasoned. Just not good. My biggest gripe came with the value, or lack thereof. I'm sorry but over $20 for 8 wings and a side of soggy fries is kind of outrageous. I understand inflation is a thing, but I sincerely feel this is way too much. That's all. Thanks for reading.
