Sadly, I had to change my review from 5 stars to a single. This place has gone downhill and fast. I eat here several times a week, that is I used to eat here all the time. After my current experience, still trying to not just leave, which will more than likely be my last visit here, I waited 20 minutes for a beer and 35 minutes for a salad!? I spend hundreds of dollars here a month. Many employees know me by name and what my order will more than likely be. It is sad that I will have to find a new place to replace this once awesome place, where customer service was a priority and the quality of food and the food quality was a given. Customer service is not what it use to be. Food quality is suffering, customer experience is incredibly lacking!!
Great location, brisket is real deal. Huge portions, chill vibe sort of cabin like. Definitely in rotation of places to go.
