Arctic Circle

Went to drive up at 9:30 pm. There were 3 cars before me. The signs all and have always said they close at 10pm as well their website but when I got up to order they had the recording on they were closed. It was 9:32pm. Everyone before me was able to order. No explanation, no apology just employees in the restaurant laughing. Had some very disappointed grand kids. Won't be going back. I'll find another location with more courteous employees...shame on you

No stars. Pulled up at 9:30. The back door was open and employees were back there laughing. When we said hello they shut the door and hid. Sat there for 15 min and they just hid in the back. So unprofessional

I can't believe they're still open! I went there and ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger and fries but got chicken nuggets and sauce instead after waiting 37 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. I immediately went to take it back but by this time there were literally about 9 or 10 cars waiting so I went to go inside but for some reason, they have their doors locked and I knocked while receiving no help. All 4 of them looked at me but turned away ignoring me. I was so upset that in order to keep myself under control, I had to leave and loose my money. I left the nuggets on their glass door. This is completely messed up! How the heck do they stay in business!! You could not pay me enough money to ever go back there especially while any of them are still employed by them!
