Archibald's Drive-Thru

First time here and it was a terrible customer service and experience. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and she charges the Archibald double plain burger for $11:53. I ordered French toast not a meal, charges $12.08. I even told her she repeated it, she agreed. Then says but I charged you the Archibald and the French toast without by itself. It would take a few minutes for them to make the regular plain cheeseburger. I wasn’t going to wait, she said she’s going to refund the difference. So by the look of the pictures, it’s not worth it! Oh the French toast was plain, no syrup or butter, they also forgot the fries. We got a breakfast burrito and a veggie burger, nothing special $55+! No meals, Just individual orders, no drinks!. We turned around to get the fries. Don’t come here!

The perfect family burger place. Nice and friendly environment, food is delicious, micheladas are the best. The staff is extremely dedicated and provides the best customer service ever. I definitely will come back.

Came here this morning and got two breakfast burritos for $30 which is very expensive for what you get. I got the california breakfast burrito and they didn’t even put fries in it which is the whole reason I got it. The person working the drive thru was also kinda rude when I asked for hot sauce and was like “well I already gave you salsa”. And I was like well I didn’t ask for that and did ask for hot sauce. And then she gave me 5 for two big burritos. Used to come here a lot but seems like it’s gone downhill and I keep leaving disappointed.
