Not even exaggerating when I say this. The last 3 times that I’ve been to this Arby’s my Beef and cheddars are always cold. We asked if they could make it again and they said they just cut it, and put it on the bread, so “it’s fine.” Do not go to this place, if I could leave negative stars believe me, I would. Sincerely, f#%^ y’all.

Curly fries were old scraps from the bottom of the barrell. I dined in, and the floors were extremely sticky. Beef n Cheddar was ok. This is the new normal which is disappointing. You're better off cooking at home thesedays even if you think you don't have time.

I don’t think the woman at the drive thru window realizes how snappy her remarks are, or maybe she does, but both times I have visited have left me a little perplexed. The first time I went, I asked her what kind of shakes they had and she responds with, “if you look at our menu, you’ll see we have _____, _____, and _____.” While that is quite true, I don’t believe it’s the most professional way to answer a question from a customer. The second time I went, the same woman (you’ll know if you ever have her because she screams so loud out of that speaker that it scares you every time she talks lol) explained to me that she can’t put what sauces I want for the mozzarella sticks, only on the chicken strips and to ask for sauces at the window. Again, pretty standard info, but instead of it sounding like “can you please remind me again at the window so I don’t forget your sauces” it’s yelled to you that she can’t be bothered to remember what you want and to remind her later, like it’s an anno
