Arby's

I did the drive thru. Was all ok. Not overly friendly but food was good!!

I'm going to start off by saying, for those of you that care about where you spend your money, skip this Arby's. Anyway, I walk into the lobby @ 7:55pm which is open until 8:00pm apparently, just plan on getting an order to-go. Standing there waiting as no one acknowledges me for 5 minutes, then watch an employee close the register out. A female employee finally welcomes me but looks disgusted that I'm even there. She asks as she rolls her eyes "do you plan on ordering a lot?" I show her a family meal deal coupon.. she rolls her eyes again. Finally she just says, "the thing is, our lobby is supposed to be closed right now." All while looking utterly annoyed with me. I can feel my frustration rising, so I immediately walk out get in my car and go to the drive-thru to order. Because, apparently it's harder to do my order in the lobby than the drive-thru. I'm in the drive-thru, she knows it's me, and takes my order with no issue. I bottom out my vehicle since I have to drive over a couple

Food was as you expect from Arby's, no complaints. The drive through staff was friendly. Note: As of early August, 2022 the lobby is closed so be aware if you planned on dining in.
