Arby's

Stopped by last night to grab a quick snack on our way home. After paying we were told to pull forward and that they'll bring it out to us. We waited more than 40 minutes, during which time two other cars ordered, and received their meals. One had parked behind us and had their order brought out. A few minutes after, I had gotten out of the car to ask the window when the order will be ready. It was clear that it had finished long ago and that simply nobody had bothered to give it to us. They didn't try explaining what had happened, just handed the bag to me after a minute. The order was cold, and the quality of the food did not justify the price.

They always mess up my order I never get a drink and the owner only has one or two people working their skimping out on the food and that’s so wrong. For now on I’m just going to buy some chicken and make my own food :(

Best Arby's experience in a long time. We visited on 2/4/23 at about 8:20 pm and Kate waited on us. She was very pleasant and helpful. Food was fresh and good. Restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent.
