I wouldn't even give one star. I showed up at 11:23pm (lunch hour) to messages hand written on the windows and the drive thru being an obstacle course. The lady at the window was rude and wouldn't take my order saying the drive thru was also down. So the lobby and the drive thru were down and you can't take a order at the pickup window? Very unprofessional and unorganized
Their store hours are a joke. They need to correct that they're never open till 9:00 p.m. ever anymore. I've tried to go through the drive-thru two times this week at 6:30 p.m. both times they were closed. If it's staffing issues then fix your hours or open later and be open for dinner.
No one answered when we called "hello" at the drive thru. No one home? Finally I drove to the next window. The youth staff thought it funny and we're watching and listening to our discomfort and conversation while we were unsure what to do. They treated us as a fish in their bowl. And laid the blame on those in our car. Rude. Inconsiderate. Never again Arby's!
