Arby's

Staff is great. Always pleasant. Great location off the highway for road trips. 4 starts because we've been there twice in the last 2 weeks and gotten the wrong order both times. First time we were still in the parking lot so we got it fixed. Second time we were already on the highway ramp when we noticed.

To be honest I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. I found much of their menu a tad boring and lacking breadth of options. I decided to try it again the other day to refresh my memory and wasn't disappointed. I paid about 12 dollars for my sandwich meal. The drink was done correctly when I asked for light ice. The fries were as you see them in the picture with the carton only half full (and yes I checked the bag for the fries fallen from grace and there was only one). The sandwich was underwhelming on flavor and texture. I got the Philly Steak and Cheese. The flavor was bland, the meat not plentiful and the bread not toasted. Their service was fast and the had not complaints in that department. I might come back to try one of their original sandwiches but this visit was a letdown.

Staff was friendly establishment is new and very nice. The drive thru takes forever. I thought it was just bad timing the first time but what the heck the second time was even worse!! It took me over 25 minutes to get a meal!!! From the time I ordered and got to the window they still made me wait at the pickup window. Maybe they could benefit if they had you pull forward and brought your food out to you so at least they could help the next person. But they made everyone wait cars were leaving. Food was ready to be given to the people behind me but they had to wait cause my order of a classic roast beef and regular curly fries was what the hold up was? Really? Parking: Plenty of parking
