Arby's

Definite hasty choice. I went to this location because my daughters wanted to grab a bite to eat before they arrived at their destination. I was completely dissatisfied with the service. From the young lady taking my order while laughing and speaking to one of her coworkers to the COLD FOOD. The young lady who took my money was fine, but everything else completely horrible. in the words of my daughter, "The fries tasted like they had been in the car for two summers." They were cold and salty. The sandwiches were also cold and for the prices they charge, EVERYTHING should have been TOP TIER. Perhaps the service is better during the day (lunchtime, maybe), but this evening, it was terrible. This is not the first time I have been to this location and experienced this. I thought perhaps it would be different if given a second chance. So...if you really want Arby's and are willing to drive a few extra minutes, drive to the one on Dussel. The line was long, and the woman who took my order missed an item and was rude about it when asked at the window for the item, would not let me purchase the item with her and insisted i sit in the long line over again for my one item. But when I went inside to place another order for that item the manager came over to help, was extremely kind and caring, and gave me my single item order for free because of the inconvenience. The manager definitely saved the day!

I waited in line for 30 mins for my food. They for got my cheese sauce and mozzarella sticks, so I had to go in. Then i get all the way home and I have the wrong sandwiches. I call and the manger has me come back and they remake my sandwiches. I get home and the turkey club I ordered originally has no turkey on it. I tried calling them back but no answer. This isn't like this Arby's to mess up like this. I'm hoping this was just a bad day.
