The cashier was rude and all the other workers were also rude. Rang up the wrong food. The fries were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. I’m never going back and I’m really not happy they took my money for something I did not want.
Girl at the drive through was seeming that she didn't want to be there and was very short with the customer and didn't seem to care about how she came across to the customers. You shouldn't put people who have no care attitudes in the drive through window. You should hide them in the back so they don't have any contact with your customers.
Went to the Arby's in St. PETERS ,mid rivers mall dr. Food.good but not excellent like I prefer. I asked for a fresh big beef sandwich ????. I got it right away. Was just barely warm. Cashier didn't smile at all. You would think that at 10:45 am it would be fresh. Arby's in New Florence , MO has same problem, cold food. Ridiculous I think !! Workers just don't care anymore, so. SAD, AND IRRITATING!!
