I knew they wouldn’t get my order right at the drive thru so I went inside, I DONT APPRECIATE being LAUGHED at because I had a special order. After talking to 3 people I got my order the way I wanted. The end result was good but so sad getting there!! It’ll take me a L O N G time to go back!!
By far the worst Arby's around. Only reason I didn't come back and complain was being short on time. Check your food BEFORE you leave the drive-thru window.
Ordered 5 piece fish combo. 2 crispy chicken sandwich 4 roast beef sandwiches. Had to pull over because quote they just dropped the fish it'll be 2 minutes. It was 13. By the time I got my food it was cold. Chicken had one tomato no lettuce and a ton of Mayo. Never will I go there again. And their chocolate shakes are bland and taste like a flat tire.. Ugh never ever again, Oh and the roast beef sandwiches, the buns were burnt the squirrels wouldn't eat them. Good job for ruining dinner
