Still a great place to eat but it seems like the restaurant industry is falling on hard times. Just got some curly fries today and definitely disappointed today. Fries should always be fresh imo.

She said what she said. This not her store and after today she won't be back . So I guess that's why the customer service was so horrible . The line was 25 deep . We waited 45 minutes for a order that was not completely taken at the window. We asked who was responsible the young lady at the window said she is. I said oh my god your not the manager are you? Please we need people who want to service the melenated community. Did I ask if she was from another store in one of our most higher valued neighborhood. As we returned their was Vanessa on her day off willing to resolve the terrible experience asked were we being serviced correctly went obtained the correct order.my only question is why isn't Vanessa the manager ???

My boyfriend pulled up to the restaurant and the employee said rudely "Are you picking up or placing"? My boyfriend said "placing an order" and the employee replied rudely "I'm not taking any more orders". They were open for another 30 mins. If the restaurant was open they should have been able to serve a paying customer. Very disappointing. I have complained on the company website so please don't direct me there
