Went through the drive-thru just now asked for a pecan chicken salad sandwich with no lettuce and the general manager was too stupid to even know what that was then argued that it was just a pecan chicken sandwich so here's a picture so she can maybe learn what it is!!!
If cold food, 15 min wait time and a rude employee is your vibe then you found the place to go. Disappointed because Arby's is usually our fave place for good good and quick service.
Dirty tables everywhere, even though no one was inside and they weren't busy. No dipping sauces and the male cashier taking the order was unwelcoming. Had to clean my own table as 2 employees stood there, talked and watched. Go to a different Arby's
