Hands down staff and service was amazing. Went into rt 82 north Royalton store with a special order for food allergies. Ted was amazing told staff and he was so helpful. Ted was amazing knew customers coming in by name. The customer service was outstanding. I want to say thank you to this Arby's for all their help and fast service.

the slowest place in the world to order from and the cooks don't know as well as the servers the difference between chicken and fish tried to convince me that two fish sandwiches or chicken sandwiches ask for the manager she came and walked away when explaining my disapproval of the way I was treated said they were all new people deal with it and kept walking away I was trying to get corporate number from her but she declined to give it.
