Arby's

Not sure why people do not read these. So many bad reviews from this place. I have been here 4 times now and have had bad experience from all of them. waiting 40 min in drive thru, being charged more and not noticing it until i see it later on bank statement, cold food, mixed up order. The staff seems to not work well and are very rude. I will never go to this place again. Wished i could give zero stars.

Lobby isn’t a open is the only store around here that has the lobby closed it’s sad the the other arbys on 12th is and no sign indicating that the lobby is closed and everytime I come here I always see the white dude with tattoos always yell or arguing with costumers and the female manager doesn’t do anything about this there will be a bad review everyday until the lobby is open I’ve worked in fast food for over 10 years and it’s sad how this location is!

Slowest fast food joint I have ever been to took 45 min plus to get food. Still in line waiting !. Food was cold I’m not sure I will eat here again. Now showing they are closed down maybe something happened idk
