Arby's

Delicious roast beef. It's worth the trip. I love the Arby's sauce, on the meat & potatoes. A great fish sandwich, Reuben & turkey bacon club are my favorite for a short flight. Parking: There is so much parking. Take your time go in order, wash up, dine in. You & your car are safe to enjoy your meal. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces are painted & marked. Reserved access ♿ parking is located on the West side of structure.

First of all since when does Arby's not sell hot ham and cheese sandwiches? I step to the counter to place my order, the CSR takes His time to count his drawer, (no problem) but at least acknowledge the fact that I am a paying customer and you will be with me shortly. I place my order to dine in, when it's ready of course it's all bagged up. I mention it's for dine in, the CSR places the food bag on a tray, previously he placed a ladies order on her food tray. I attempted to fill my cup with ice for my drink, no ice in the machine so I asked the manager to fill my cup, the look on the managers face clearly said I was a total inconvenience.

Alex, who is the Employee of the Month, was very friendly & professional. When I mentioned to him that an item was missing from a previous order that week, he didn't hesitate to ask what it was and added it to our order. Best service I've had from Arby's! This was at the Dempster location in Niles, IL.
