Somehow, not as good .. hadn't been to Arby's in a while .. first, no more tato-cakes and they no longer serve coffee (seriously?). I will say, although on the greasy side, the brisket sandwich was delish .. not a curly fry fan but the crinkles we're okay .. Lastly, with only 2 other customers, middle of a Monday afternoon, literally EVERY table in the dining area was dirty -- because we walked around to find a CLEAN table -- there were NONE. Now, I understand a shortage of staff, but with nobody to wait on, why isn't someone out there cleaning up? Pretty unacceptable Arby's ...
Purchased 2 bacon ranch wagyu burger meals for $25. Which is ridiculous. Both burgers missing bacon. Both burgers were cold, and undercooked. Cheese was unmelted. And employees were rude. Only good things were the curly fries. Food : 2/5 | Service : 2/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 … More
Came in here yesterday for some lunch. The sandwich was fine but a little bit on the cold side and the curly fries were stale as well as cold. Must have been sitting around for awhile it being I ordered after the lunch crowd. The drink was flat as well. Those curly fries were nasty.
