Tall light ski. Guy with locs asked me twice what I wanted to order and still got my order wrong . 10-22-2022 1:30 pm
Waited 25 minutes to get burnt fries and hard nuggets and no drink for my toddler had to go elsewhere to replace meal couldn't go in to replace meal because doors are locked waited in line another 10 mintues before toddler started crying ...horrible
Worst customer service at this location!!! The large fries from our order was not filled up to the top (about halfway full) so my son took it back to the counter and told them it wasn’t filled up. The lady working behind the counter grabbed the fries, rolled her eyes, with a huge sigh brought it to the guy making fries and told him “Can you add more fries to fill this up because apparently it’s not filled up to the top!” In a super loud and annoyed voice. Very rude and disrespectful! Why pay for large fries if they’re filled up half way and make a small fries size? I sat at our table by the counter watching how it all happened and I did not appreciate the way this situation was handled!!! Not to mention the fries were COLD.
