Ordered a crispy chicken wrap y’all sent me a turkey club wrap whatever this is not the first time you guys have messed up but it’s for sure the last but sweet pea says thanks for the dog food

I went through the drive thru and I know it was later in the evening but there was a lot of people in line so I thought the food would be hot. After waiting for about 20 minutes to make the order and pay we were asked to pull up and wait for our order to be brought out to us. After 10 more minutes our order was delivered. When we checked it we found out they had forgotten part of the order. I went to the door that they came out of and knocked but they looked at me and turned away, I then went to stand by the drive thru window and they didn't want to talk to me. When they gave the order to the car waiting I tried to ask them for help with the order they said I would have to go thru the line again. There was at least 5-6 cars in line ahead of me. My food was now cold and I was out the money I paid for the food l didn't get. I will never recommend this location. Rude people, unwilling to help, and unwilling to listen.

Thought I would try the new 'Hushpuppy' breaded fish strips today. Although the service was quick, the food was barely warm at best and the fries were cold and soggy. I was expecting the fish to be battered with 'hushpuppy'. In reality, it's nothing more than seasoned cornmeal. I feel this is very misleading and on the verge of false advertising. At $8.99 plus tax, this is way over prices of 3 small pieces of fish, fries and regular drink. As a disabled vet on limited income, I wanted to treat myself. Very disappointed.
