Arby's

It was a shame to find out the microwave is used constantly on hot foods. The meat on my sandwich was nuked. The white cheddar mac-n-cheese was nuked. The cookie was nuked. If there were no microwaves , this place could not sustain as a restaurant. The server was nice, but the time took too long just to get the nuked food. Don't know that I will return or not ( definitely not at peak times for sure ).

The food is good, you know what you're getting. But I really don't like places being used as daycare centers. Someone who worked there had their kids running around through the place and making a scene with zero supervision telling them to sit down or anything. This puts people off. I get it, things come up, but I've literally worked at places where if someone has to bring their kids to work, they end up sitting in a managers office or someplace and not just running and screaming around the place and making sure their kids are properly behaved (these kids were probably 5-8 years old), deters people from coming back.

I had missed dinner with something coming up unexpectedly. It was late, I was driving by and happened to think, " I have their coupons in my dash." I actually don't eat out a lot. I decided it was too late to cook and I was tired. I ordered a sandwich and a small crinkle fries, both with coupons. I knew they were closing soon and questioned myself what I was doing ordering close to closing even with coupons. It's not usually the best time to order when staff need to clean up and go home. My sandwich was freshly made and hot. The employee told me they had to make fries and was closing and they had given me a larger order of fries and to have a good night and please come back. My food could not have been any better. It was great! When the same thing happened again, because it was so good, I ordered at closing again. It was great too! There was a different employee at the window but they were just as friendly. I am impressed !
