Having gone through the drive through, it is not fair to comment on the atmosphere. However, it was my first time purchase of the Chicken salad sandwich. Not bad, fair amount and, nuts and grapes in it...perhaps an odd combination but it was good.
We have went to this location 3x now and they have been completely out of beef!! We stopped by around 7 pm. Isn't that dinner time? That's like McDonalds not having hamburgers...New slogan...they have NO meats....what a joke! Why not just close your doors and stop wasting our time!!! Your better off going next door and skipping the headache!
Apparently the drive thru does not have a scanner for the mobile app. Had to argue with the manager. He said it's in the app that they don't use it in the drive thru, I asked please show me. He changed his tone after that. I love Arby's food but will not go back to that restaurant!!!
