Drive through only. Google Maps says "Dine in". My vehicle doesn't fit in the drive through It makes no sense to not let someone in to order and carry out I will just get used to going to fast food restaurants that actually care about their customers.
I politely asked if they had the meat mountain sandwich. The cashier said yes they do. Then someone else said no we don't. I asked why .. The women said " Because I don't want to make it.". The employees in the background laughed. I will never go to Arby's again. If they hire lazy people I'm sure customer service for everyone is horrible.
