Arby's

The reason for this is as follows. I had taken my 2 daughters in there after boofest to grab some food as they were hungry and wanted a little snack. They love Arby's cheese sticks. When we entered the cashier rolled her eyes and walked away to tell the manager "there's some people up there that want to order." After a couple of mins the manager came up and took the order, which was just a 6 piece cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold and neither the manager nor the cashier were pleasant. I addressed this with a relative whom is a manager there. If you are in customer service then that should be your main focus. I've been in restaurants for years as well as retail, customer service should be #1, if you don't feel like giving customer service then work in a warehouse.. your out of the public and don't have to worry about making people happy. This is the worst experience I've had from this Arby's. So with that being said, don't go after 3... the best people work days.

Faith and her staff took excellent care of us. The food was fresh and the store was nice and clean. Thank you for being a true professional Faith!!!
