Arby's is Arby's this one was good. Just too many people behind the counter spending more time looking busy than helping out. Oddly only 1 cashier for the number of people in line.

Did a drive thru. Placed order when I came to window for payment. I showed them coupons to redeem. Then they said you cannot use. Upon asking why they said it's more than 1. Then the lady said you have to come inside to place order again eith coupon. And yes drive thru was empty. There was no one behind me that they have timing issues.
