Wow ???? excellent Arbys in Jacksonville Fl. I’ve been going to Arbys all my life and finally got excellent service, hot food ???? clean environment and staff was amazing and helpful. Will be back

I like this Arby's location since it's close to home. The food always tastes great here. There were two times I visited when things could have been better. Once, I arrived at 6:45 pm and they were closed due to staffing issues. Another time, the French fries were stale and cold, thus 4 stars. Overall, it is a great place to grab a quick sandwich and the food is almost always excellent!!

We went to the drive thru to place our order. The person taking our order was very polite and kind. Several items on the drive thru menu board were marked unavailable, luckily it was nothing we were ordering. Once we placed our order, we pulled up to the next window to pay. I had a $10 off $30 online coupon which I showed the cashier and they gladly accepted it. The cashier was friendly and polite. They offered a car cup holder for our 3 shakes. When our food was ready, they told us the first bag had the fries and condiments and the second bag had the sandwiches. The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was less than 10 minutes. The food was fresh and hot, employees polite, professional and friendly. We will definitely come to this Arby's on Mayport Road in the future! Thank you for a pleasant experience, you guys are great!
