Enjoyed the New Beef N Cheddar Bacon sandwich. This is a ' limited time offer '. I had the meal deal. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They have several different sandwich meals. The place was clean and orderly. I will be coming back.

Tried to get lunch here today, lobby closed but ok whatever went through the completely empty drive thru. Was told they were short staffed and were just straight up not taking orders. We didnt want much just literally 3 sandwiches and a milkshake. If I were the owner I would be very confused what you're paying employees for to show up and just tell customers they're not making food. So what else are they doing then besides sitting there getting paid to do nothing? I've worked fast food before, often times people dont show up. I've had to run my store by myself many times. Never ever in my life did I just refuse service. Again no idea how the owner can justify paying people to show up and literally do nothing but tell customers that they're not making them food. Feel.bad for the owner running a daycare not a restaurant I guess

Pretty awkward to sit at a menu board in total silence for two minutes before being asked for your order. No cars in drive thru. Curly fries had no heat, just room temperature. The chicken bacon Swiss sandwich was even cooler than room temperature because of a single tomato slice. Pretty gross experience at this Arby’s.
