Arby's

We walked in to have dinner inside the restaurant. No one else in line but us. It took several minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take out order. We ordered two meals and cups of cheddar for our fries. We filled out drink cups and sat down to wait on our food. We were there 10 minutes sitting and another couple came in and ordered their meals. They got their drinks and sat down. We waited another 10 minutes. Then the other couple had their food brought out and started eating. A employee brought out 2 cups with barely any cheddar in each cup. He saw that we had no food and looked surprised, then asked that we hadn't even gotten our order yet. At this point I returned to the counter and no one was making our meals. I asked for the manager because I wanted my money back. She came to the counter from the far back of the restaurant. I hadn't seen her the whole time we were there. I complained that for $1.50 each there was only a teaspoon of cheddar in the cups. We had been th

Enjoyed the philly steak with garlic aoli. Messier the food the better, a cheese explosion.

Walked in the door and cashier immediately had an attitude because of our large group. Not friendly at all. Maybe she's having a bad day or just overwhelmed. My food was good but other family members not so much.
