Their new wagyu burger was extremely undercooked. Was informed it will be a little pink, but this was medium rare at best. Attempted to get a refund over the phone, but was told I had to drive to their location to get a refund and must have the receipt.
I ordered nuggets and a classic roast beef and when I got my food the nuggets were really old and my roast beef was green in places. The sandwich tasted awful and I had to spit it out immediately.
Never had an issue with this Arby's and a worker named Landon has excellent customer service every single time, making me want to come back more. Give em a raise!
