The manager Sandy was very disrespectful and rude when I called to make a complaint. She stated she was the general manager it would not give further information my food was cold after visiting the drive-thru and was very disappointing.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! The past two times ordered here I drive home to find out the sandwich is missing!!! How do you miss putting the sandwich in there.
I ordered 4 items through drive thru, was asked to pull over to receive my order and receipt. I received 3 items, no receipt and was told they would bring the last item out. I waited another 30 minutes before I went inside. As you can imagine, my first 3 items were cold. I then received my missing item with 2 items I didn't order as a courtesy, also cold. I am not sure where the ball was dropped, however, this was a horrible experience. I never received my receipt.
